Vouchers – Terms and Conditions

All gift vouchers sold on this website are electronic vouchers delivered by email to the recipient’s inbox and are fully refundable within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Vouchers have a 12 month expiry date from the date of purchase.

Using Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers must be either printed and brought to the appointment, or shown proof of the purchase received in an email.

• Vouchers must be presented before the treatment begins. Prices for treatments are subject to change.

• Gift Vouchers are redeemable for merchandise or services from Jacqueline Grace Therapeutics.

• Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of other special deals or accounts.

• Gift Vouchers must be redeemed before the 12 month expiry date shown on the voucher and may not be redeemed after the expiry date.

• Cash will not be given for any unused balance.

• Unused balance on expiry of gift vouchers will not be refunded or credited.

• Purchases exceeding available balance require difference paid by another method.
